- Assist production operators with routine tasks, material handling and movement as instructed.
- Help prepare and organize work areas, tools and materials before and after production activities.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping of assigned areas in accordance with approved instructions.
- Follow hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety and waste-segregation procedures.
- Handle materials carefully and report damage, shortages, spills or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline and cooperation with team members.
- Perform other production-support duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualification

10th / 12th pass; qualification may be adjusted to the actual role requirements.

Experience

Freshers may apply.



Prior experience in a factory, production or material-handling workplace is an advantage but not essential.

Key Skills

Willingness to learn; reliability; teamwork; basic understanding of workplace safety; ability to follow instructions.
