Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end factory production operations for furniture manufacturing.
- Plan production schedules, capacity, manpower, and workflow to meet targets.
- Oversee furniture manufacturing processes, including cutting, carpentry, assembly, finishing, and polishing.
- Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and timely order dispatch.
- Monitor raw material consumption, inventory, and material wastage to control production costs.
- Manage production teams, supervisors, and workers to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Required Skills
