- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Handle fabrication, welding, fitting, and heavy machinery assembly operations.
- Ensure production quality, timely machine manufacturing, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with the design, maintenance, quality, and purchase departments.
- Monitor manpower utilization, material availability, and machine performance.
- Follow safety standards and maintain production reports.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in factory production, preferably in heavy machinery, fabrication, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, fabrication drawings, and shop-floor operations.
- Solid coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
