Role Summary

Optimise and monitor our manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost across three units in New Delhi and Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

- Run time and motion studies; set standard times for all operations

- Find and remove bottlenecks and waste on the production line

- Improve layout, line balancing, and material flow

- Apply Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban

- Plan capacity and manpower; track efficiency and rework KPIs

- Create SOPs and process plans for recent products

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Industrial or Production Engineering

- 6+ years of relevant experience in improving efficiency in manufacturing facilities (textile, bags, or apparel preferred)

Skills Required

- Strong grasp on Lean Manufacturing and 5S rules

- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsRole & responsibilities
