Key Responsibilities

- Manage manpower planning and shop-floor activities.

- Plan raw material requirements and coordinate dispensing.

- Supervise blood bag manufacturing, filling, drying and packaging operations.

- Prepare and maintain production documentation and DPR.

- Conduct red bin analysis and monitor rejection levels.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to achieve production targets.

- Ensure compliance with defined processes and quality requirements.
