Production Engineer:

Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily production targets and delivery schedules.

- Outside Vendor Coordination

- Supervise CNC turning and precision machining operations.

- Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

- Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, tooling, and manpower.

- Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and machine downtime.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.

- Maintain production reports, process sheets, and SOPs.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, safety, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

- 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing preferred.

- Knowledge of CNC operations, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining processes.

- Proficiency in measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and root-cause analysis.

- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and production reporting.

- Valuable communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
