- Set the parameters & record keeping the optimised wave parameters.

(Person working on wave follow the set optimised parameters.)
- In case any issues on wave the process, review & set the parameters.

- To visit all wave solder machine location & review control mechanism.

- Machine maintenance control.

- Help in workload balancing.

- Maintenance of wave pallet & control through jig-shop.

- Tracking & ensuring the wave pallet repair on-time to avoid production losses.

- Help in wave pallet design.

- To manage the per day production output

- Technology improvement, through using different flux, solder etc.

- Knowledge of Manual insertion, component performing & soldering touch-up.
