Job Responsibilities – Production Assistant

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of electrical control panels, LT panels, PCC, MCC, and distribution panels.

- Support panel wiring, component mounting, busbar assembly, and panel fabrication activities.

- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

- Coordinate with production supervisors and technicians to achieve daily production targets.

- Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and electrical components during production.

- Maintain 5S, workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and production records.

- Report material shortages, production delays, and technical issues to the supervisor.

1. Job Responsibilities – QC Assistant

- Inspect electrical panels during manufacturing and before final dispatch.

- Check panel dimensions, component installation, wiring, ferruling, and labeling as per drawings.

- Verify the quality and proper fitting of electrical components, busbars, and cable connections.

- Assist in electrical testing, including continuity and insulation resistance tests, under authorized supervision.

- Identify defects, report non-conformities,



and coordinate with production for corrective actions.

- Maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and testing records.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, company quality standards, and safety procedures.

1. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical panel manufacturing and industrial electrical components.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Knowledge of panel assembly, wiring, inspection, and testing procedures.

- Good observation skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production or QC records.

1. Eligibility Criteria

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical panel manufacturing.

- Candidates with experience in PCC, MCC, LT panels, control panels, or distribution boards will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
