Key Responsibilities

- Product Support and Maintenance:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.

Work with development to create runbooks

- Scripting and Automation:

Automate routine tasks using Python or similar scripting languages.

Implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of AWS operations.

- Database Management:

Work with various databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift to manage data storage
- AWS:

Should have basic understanding of AWS services and terminology.
- Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with product development, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions

Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and external use

Qualifications

- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.

Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift.

Robust understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
