Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain regulatory, product, substance and raw-material data across Sphera Intelligent Authoring (IA), SAP, LPI, SDS systems and other PSRA databases.

- Support SDS authoring, revision, publishing and distribution using Sphera IA.

- Ensure regulatory data accuracy, consistency and data governance across integrated systems.

- Troubleshoot system/data issues affecting SDS, regulatory compliance, product stewardship and reporting.

- Support system upgrades, validation, data migration, integrations and process improvements.

- Collaborate with PSRA, IT, Digital, Master Data and Supply Chain teams.

- Support reporting, dashboards, automated workflows, system documentation and end-user training.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs,



Information Systems or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Chemical Compliance or regulatory data management.

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Sphera Intelligent Authoring (IA).

- Experience in SDS authoring/preparation, GHS classification and chemical regulatory requirements.

- Exposure to SAP, LPI, Salesforce/SFDC, SDS management systems, regulatory databases or master data management preferred.

- Robust analytical, data-management, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI and reporting tools is an advantage.
