Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Product Specialist, you would be responsible to:
- Process country specific payroll as per process and achieve 100% accuracy and on time.
- Have depth knowledge of respective country & amp; Neeyamo’s payroll technology
- Keep oneself updated about Neeyamo’s payroll technology features & functionalities, Country Tax Knowledge and respective local Compliances and Legislations
- Resolve client Level 2 queries within given SLA
- Use Payroll technology
- Co-ordinate with vendor / In country expert during payroll period
- Update Country specific research document, Country MIS, Country Manual etc
- Automate led delivery leveraging Neeyamo’s payroll technology leverage at the fullest
- Conduct live or web-based workshops as required – virtually and on-site that includes participation in Global Design workshops, country workshops, client user training and product demonstrations, as required for clients and / or prospects
- Demonstrate highly responsive and customer focused approach with explicit oral and written communication
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Beginner in using tools like Excel
Candidate should:
- Have no active backlogs
- Have good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
- Be present in the Business formals/Decent dresscode
