- Product Operations Specialist - Consumer Product Team

Your Role: Were hiring a Product Operations Specialist to join our Shopping Experience Team, focused on delivering a best-in-class grocery shopping journey for our users. In this role, you will take ownership of on-app merchandising and content operations, ensuring exceptional design quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in the customer experience through data-driven insights and operational excellence.

This position requires strong technical expertise, including hands-on experience with APIs and tools such as Postman, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows. A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or analytical field





Solid fluency with APIs and tools such as Postman for testing, validation, and troubleshooting

Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation tools such as Excel, SQL, and Mixpanel

Strong understanding of UI principles, design quality, and content standards with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to think from a user’s perspective and consistently prioritize user experience

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

2+ years of experience in Product Operations or a related role (experience in grocery or e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory)

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation

Experience working on complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders, ideally within software development or product launch readiness

Proven ability to thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative environment

This role is a 5-day work from office position based out of our Bangalore office.
