Reporting To: Product Head NRI & TASC

Role Overview:

Drive the development, management, and growth of liability and transaction banking products for the TASC segment, including trusts, societies, associations, NGOs, educational institutions, religious organizations, clubs & Government Banking. The role involves product innovation, portfolio growth, digital enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and enhance TASC liability products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Deposits, and value-added offerings.
- Develop segment-specific propositions to drive customer acquisition, CASA growth, and portfolio profitability.
- Drive adoption of digital and transaction banking solutions such as internet banking,



payment and collection services, bulk payments, and cash management solutions.
- Identify market opportunities through customer feedback, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Marketing teams for product implementation and enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, product utilization, customer engagement, and revenue metrics.
- Support business teams with product training, sales collateral, and campaign initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Understanding of the TASC & Government Banking ecosystem and the customer segment.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive product growth initiatives in a rapid-paced banking environment.

Education & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Liability Products, Business Banking, Institutional Banking, or Transaction Banking.
- Experience in Banking, Small Finance Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Services preferred.
