Product Manager: GenAI

Pune / Chennai / Bengaluru | Full-time | 7-12 years

Altimetrik is hiring an experienced Product Manager with strong Generative AI exposure and Banking domain knowledge to drive the strategy, development and delivery of AI-led products.

What you’ll do

- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and delivery for GenAI-powered solutions
- Identify and evaluate where GenAI, LLMs, NLP and intelligent workflows can improve business processes
- Translate business needs into explicit product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work on KYC use cases such as onboarding, identity verification, document processing, due diligence, screening and remediation
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Data and Technology teams on regulatory, security and governance needs
- Define success metrics and KPIs, prioritise the backlog, and move PoCs/MVPs into production
- Ensure responsible GenAI adoption, including data privacy, model risk,



hallucination and bias controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for

- 7-12 years of overall experience, with significant Product Ownership / Product Management experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI initiatives (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents)
- Experience in KYC or Banking / Financial Services (KYC strongly preferred). The GenAI and Banking or KYC combination is mandatory
- Proven experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills
- Experience delivering GenAI solutions for KYC/AML/compliance, and knowledge of AI governance and model risk, are a plus

Pay: Up to ₹2,800,000.00 per year
