We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Product Expert to present and explain real estate projects to prospective clients, highlighting project features, specifications, amenities, layouts, and USPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain project details, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Conduct engaging project presentations and property walkthroughs.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate project-related information.
- Highlight the project’s unique selling points and luxury offerings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and client engagement.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project specifications, market trends,
and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; real estate or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to influence client decisions.
- Confident, well-groomed, and qualified personality.
- Experience in premium or luxury real estate will be an added advantage.
