Role overview The Product Associate will own the end-to-end delivery of projects across the company’s product portfolio, including recent product launches, feature rollouts, partner integrations and process improvements. The role covers project planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and performance reporting across all products.

The Product Associate will work closely with Business, Product, Tech, Operations and Compliance teams, keeping every project on track from kickoff to go-live and post-launch review.

Skills required

- Project metrics and funnel analytics: Ability to define and track project KPIs and product funnel metrics such as lead-to-conversion and activation rates, and flag where delivery or performance is falling short.
- Project planning and coordination: Can build project plans, set milestones, and manage timelines and follow-ups to deliver multiple projects on schedule, including business sign-offs and compliance closures.
- Progress and performance tracking: Can monitor project progress and product performance against business targets, prioritise across competing projects, and escalate risks or delays early.
- Documentation and stakeholder reporting: Can prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes and documentation,



and prepare proposals and review decks for leadership and stakeholders.
- Process thinking and journey mapping: Can map workflows and user journeys using flowcharts or tools like Figma or Miro, spot bottlenecks and friction points, and suggest product or process improvements.
- Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks and system integrations, enough to coordinate with tech teams and track integration dependencies.
- Data analysis and project tools: Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (basic SQL is a plus) to track revenue vs plan, product metrics and business contribution; hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana or Notion.
- AI awareness: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a basic understanding of how AI can be used for project tracking, reporting, data analysis and automation.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate across teams, run stand-ups and keep stakeholders aligned.

Educational background
- B.E. / B.Tech in any engineering discipline (Computer Science or IT preferred); an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in project or product management, preferably in fintech or lending, is a plus.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
