We're looking for a Product Growth Specialist to work alongside AI, turn insights into actionable strategies, improve organic visibility, and drive measurable product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor AI-generated reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
- Review and implement AI-driven SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies.
- Manage and optimise social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube, with AI assistance.
- Monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing performance using AI analytics.
- Improve organic traffic, lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimise AI-driven workflows and track growth performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing or product growth.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and performance analytics.
- AI marketing and automation tool experience is an added advantage.
