Product Design & Development Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Design & Development Engineer with solid expertise in product design, metal-based product development, and engineering analysis to develop innovative, practical, and manufacturable products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop new products, components, and mechanical assemblies using 3D CAD software.
- Develop concepts, detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing specifications.
- Have a strong understanding of metal fabrication, sheet metal, welding, and structural design.
- Perform FEA and structural simulations using ANSYS to validate product strength, performance, and safety.
- Work on prototyping, testing, design optimization, and continuous product improvement.




- Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective and manufacturable designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design Engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD.
- Practical knowledge of ANSYS, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and engineering fundamentals.
- Experience in metal-based product design, fabrication, and product development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering and innovation.
