JOB SUMMARY

Mahabodhi Global Foundation is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage national and international tenders and end-to-end bid management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tender/RFP management and verifiable exposure to procurement assignments related to World Bank, UNICEF and ADB.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyse RFPs, tenders and procurement documents. Prepare and coordinate pre-bid queries and clarifications. Develop technical and financial proposals. Prepare rate analysis and rate justification. Coordinate internal reviews and management approvals. Manage timely bid submission and documentation. Handle post-bid follow-up and communication. Coordinate with five regional procurement professionals across India. Maintain proper records of tender and bid-related documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement/tender experience.



10–15 years of experience preferred. Strong experience in national and international tender/bid management. Verifiable procurement experience related to World Bank, UNICEF and/or ADB projects. Solid proposal preparation, documentation and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage the complete bid cycle. Strong coordination and communication skills.

REQUIREMENT At least one independently verifiable senior professional reference is required.

SALARY

As per industry standards, based on experience and skills.
