Job Summary The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing new products and suppliers, managing purchase orders, coordinating material receipts, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role also oversees monthly stock opening and closing activities to ensure stock levels and records are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new products and potential suppliers.
- Request and compare supplier quotations, pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate purchase prices and terms in line with company requirements.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Record received, issued, and remaining stock accurately in the stock system or register.
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items.
- Maintain supporting procurement and inventory documents.
- Complete monthly stock opening and closing records and reconcile differences.




- Work with relevant departments to resolve supplier, delivery, and stock discrepancies.
- Follow company purchasing, approval, and inventory-control procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and supplier-management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Ability to organize multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and inventory or purchasing systems.
- Integrity and a responsible approach to handling stock and purchasing records.

- Timely delivery of required materials.
- Accuracy of purchase orders and inventory records.
- Effective sourcing and supplier performance.
- Completion of monthly stock opening and closing records on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
