Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Management & Follow-Up: Serve as the main point of contact for Vendor queries regarding order status, logistics issue, PO follow-ups and delivery schedules.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management: Assist in creating, tracking, and verifying POs (Purchase Order). Escalate delayed deliveries or supply shortages to senior management.
- Documentation & Invoice Processing: Maintain organized physical and digital records of vendor contracts, price agreements, and invoices.
- Market & Vendor Research: Gather data on potential suppliers, compare price quotes, and maintain an updated approved vendor database.
