Role Description The Procurement Executive – MEP & Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and interior fit-out materials, equipment, and services, in line with project specifications and budget. Typical day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, obtaining and comparing quotations, preparing and issuing purchase orders,



and tracking deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.

The Procurement

Executive will coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and engineering teams to align procurement plans with project schedules and technical requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, monitoring supplier performance, supporting cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards.

Qualifications

- Solid purchasing knowledge, including Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement for MEP and interior fit-out works within the construction or real estate sector.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, BOQs, and project drawings related to MEP and interiors.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or procurement software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects.
