- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Meet daily performance, productivity, and quality targets.
