- Experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including practical applications in business operations
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
- BPO Vertical only (customer service or technical service)
