The Process

Engineer will design, optimize, and scale up chemical processes for agrochemical manufacturing, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D; teams to support new product introductions and process modifications.

The Process

Engineer will also participate in troubleshooting plant issues, preparing technical documentation, and supporting process-related training and audits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering skills, with experience in industrial or agrochemical manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess Process Design and Process Control skills to develop, implement,



and optimize safe and efficient production processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret process data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with safety and environmental regulations, knowledge of scale-up from lab to plant, and proficiency with process simulation or modeling tools are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred, along with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
