Job Purpose To establish and improve assembly manufacturing processes, ensuring effective production of solar shock absorber products with optimum quality and productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement assembly process layouts and workflows.
- Prepare work instructions and process documentation.
- Conduct PFMEA and risk assessment studies.
- Establish process controls to achieve quality targets.
- Drive cycle time reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Support production trials and recent product launches.
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct layout optimization and material flow improvements.
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing projects.
- Ensure process adherence and compliance with customer requirements.
- Support quality investigations and customer complaints.
