Job Title: Process Associate – Credentialing & Authorization

Location: Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Autism Center of Excellence LLC is a US-based healthcare organization providing ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to support our US healthcare operations, focusing on provider credentialing and authorization.

The ideal candidate must have relevant hands-on experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English communication skills to coordinate with US insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and follow up on provider credentialing applications.
- Coordinate authorization requests and track their status.
- Communicate with US insurance providers regarding application status, documentation, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and process records.




- Follow up on pending cases and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in provider credentialing and authorization is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential, AR Follow Ups
- Ability to communicate professionally with US insurance providers.
- Knowledge of US healthcare insurance portals and processes is preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable working from the Mohali office.
- Must be available for the US night shift.
- Must be comfortable with regular communication with US-based stakeholders.
