Job Title: Process Associate – Voice Process

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹20,000 Fixed Take-Home per Month

Shift: Night Shift

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers and resolve their queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Achieve assigned performance targets and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
