Working Days: Monday to Friday

Autism Center of Excellence LLC is looking for a Process Associate to support accounts receivable (AR) follow-up and insurance eligibility verification for US healthcare operations.

Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication skills for interacting with US insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and perks.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and check claim status.
- Contact US insurance providers to confirm coverage and resolve queries.
- Identify discrepancies and follow up on pending cases.




- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and verification records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in AR follow-up and eligibility verification.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with US insurance providers.
- Knowledge of US insurance plans, eligibility, benefits, and claim status processes is preferred.
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
