Job Details

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts (Mostly Night Shift)
- Cab Facility Available (Within Serviceable Range)
- Process: Voice Process

Eligibility:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Comfortable with Rotational/Night Shift
- Freshers are welcome

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customers
- Maintain qualified and positive communication
- Resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Update customer records and interaction details in system
- Meet quality and productivity targets

Salary Package:
- Fresher Salary- 3.10 L.P.A
