About the Role -

Be the intelligence engine for private markets: sector maps, company deep-dives and transaction tracking that support sourcing, IC decisions and portfolio monitoring.

Key Responsibilities -

- Build sector theses and market maps using Tracxn, Venture Intelligence, VCCEdge, PitchBook and MCA/ROC filings. Profile companies: business model, unit economics, cap table,



funding history and promoters.
- Track private-market deals, valuations, M&A;, secondaries and exits; maintain a private-comparables database.
- Support the deal team with screening and first-cut notes.
- Run competitive intelligence and benchmarking for portfolio companies.
- Write thematic notes for the IC and LP communication.
- Build efficient research workflows, including AI tools.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years in private-markets research, PE/VC, investment banking, consulting or a research/data firm.
- Strong secondary research and financial analysis.
- Ability to assess businesses beyond the financial statements.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and written communication.

Positive to Have

CA, CFA or MBA. Expert use of private-market databases.
