Job Requirements

- First point of contact for Quality and Information Security activities within projects.

- Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System & Customer specific processes in projects

- Define the right processes for the project based on the nature of development – Waterfall, Iterative, Bug fix, Agile Scrum etc.

- Preparing quality metrics to internal management and customer

- Perform Quality and Information Security Audits and publish the audit reports.

- Ensure release readiness (process verification) during external release

- Support Project Team during external Certification and Customer audits

- Perform Root Cause Analysis for issues and escalations

- Conduct process trainings

Work Experience

- Engineering Degree

- Knowledge in Software Engineering Processes

- Expertise in Quality Models and Standards (ISO 9001 and CMMI )

- Knowledge in ASPICE is an advantage

- Valuable Communication Skills

- Expertise MS Office
