Role Description As a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer at Electrohms Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing PCB layouts for sensor and smart-sensor products. On a day-to-day basis, you will create schematics, route multilayer boards, select appropriate components, and ensure that designs meet electrical, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturability requirements.

You will collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and production teams to review designs, perform design-for-manufacturing (DFM) checks, and support prototype build, testing, and design validation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining design documentation, adhering to relevant industry standards,



and working with suppliers and fabrication partners to resolve technical issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

1. Regular on-going activities required for the job

- Testing of closed-loop and open-loop current sensors.
- Modification and improvement of existing electronic designs.
- Development and testing of current-sensor products and related electronic circuits.
- Circuit design, analysis and simulation for new and existing products.
- PCB design for prototype development.
- Debugging and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and sensor products.
- Calibration and validation of current and voltage sensor products.
- Development and maintenance of test setups and test environments.
- Preparation of technical documentation, test reports, BOM and design-related documents.
- Investigate customer or field-related technical issues and provide corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, laboratories and other departments for technical activities.
- Travel to customer, supplier or laboratory locations when required.
