We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive Engineering Excellence and AI-led Software Delivery Transformation across enterprise programs. The role will focus on modernizing SDLC practices, improving developer productivity, enabling AI-powered engineering, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive Engineering Excellence and AI-enabled SDLC strategies.
- Lead adoption of GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted coding, code reviews, automated testing, and Agentic Engineering practices.
- Establish best practices for SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Architecture Governance.
- Drive application modernization, cloud transformation,



and engineering productivity initiatives.
- Mentor engineering leaders, architects, and technology teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients on transformation programs.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering Transformation.
- Solid expertise in SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, and Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.
