Hiring: Associate Principal Engineer / Principal Engineer - .NET & Distributed Systems

We are looking for experienced engineers who thrive on solving complex backend challenges and building highly scalable, event-driven systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud-native architectures, real-time communication platforms, and next-generation AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Be Working On

- Design and develop high-performance applications using .NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Core, with a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code architecture.
- Build and enhance event-driven microservices leveraging Apache Kafka, background workers, and message consumers to support mission-critical business processes.
- Develop real-time communication capabilities using SignalR, WebSockets, and Redis, enabling seamless and responsive user experiences.
- Architect and optimize data solutions using PostgreSQL or SQL Server, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed environments.
- Drive cloud-native deployments and operational excellence through Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with deployments, services, ConfigMaps, secrets, health probes, and cluster management.
- Design and expose robust service integrations using REST APIs, gRPC, and contract-first development principles.
- Contribute to AI-powered initiatives involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embeddings, Chunking, Ingestion Pipelines, and Query APIs.




- Work with S3-compatible object storage and distributed data services to support large-scale application workloads.
- Ensure engineering quality through SonarQube, xUnit, Moq, structured logging, and automated testing practices, while promoting reliability and maintainability across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver highly scalable solutions within microservices, distributed systems, and real-time architectures.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Neo4j (Cypher), CrateDB, or Time-Series Databases.
- Exposure to React and TypeScript for full-stack development.
- Development experience with Python-based services.
- Knowledge of Industrial/IoT device integrations.
- Hands-on expertise with Helm, advanced Kubernetes troubleshooting, or Microsoft Orleans.

Ideal Candidate

- Robust background in backend engineering, solution design, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native microservices platforms.
- Hands-on exposure to containerized deployments and production-grade Kubernetes environments.
- Experience working with modern AI/GenAI solutions, particularly RAG-based implementations.
- Passion for engineering excellence, problem-solving, and delivering scalable technology solutions.
