Role Description The Primary Teacher role is a full time, on-site position based at New Era Public School - Dwarka. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy for primary grade students. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching core subjects, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a respectful, inclusive learning environment.





The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student development. The role also involves supporting co-curricular and value-based activities that contribute to students’ holistic growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience in primary school classrooms.
- Ability to design and implement effective Curriculum Development and lesson planning for young learners.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant Education background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, and professional teaching credentials where applicable.
- Demonstrated commitment to holistic development, value-based education, and child-centered teaching practices.
- Ability to manage classrooms positively, encourage scientific curiosity, and support co-curricular and physical education activities.
- Comfort working in an on-site school environment in Dwarka and collaborating within a diverse educational community.
