Assess students' academic progress through classwork, homework, tests, and activities. Identify students who need additional academic support and guide them accordingly. Maintain student attendance, academic records, and assessment reports.

Communicate with parents regarding students' learning progress and areas for improvement. Create a safe, supportive, and child-friendly classroom setting.

Ideal Candidate

ProfileMust be a graduate with good knowledge of primary-level subjects. Freshers are welcome to apply. Should have an interest in teaching and working with young children. Must be able to explain concepts clearly and patiently. Should possess classroom management and student engagement skills. Must be comfortable preparing lessons and evaluating student performance.

Basic
