Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in designing and formatting professional business presentations. The candidate should have good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, a strong understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to transform business content into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, design, and format professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Develop business presentations, reports, proposals, sales decks, and internal communication materials.
- Convert text-heavy content into visually engaging slides using layouts, icons, charts, graphs, and infographics.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, alignment, layouts, and corporate branding guidelines.
- Work with PowerPoint templates, themes, and slide masters.
- Format tables, charts, and data-driven slides to improve readability and presentation quality.
- Review presentations for formatting errors, alignment issues, and visual consistency.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions within agreed timelines.




- Manage multiple presentation requests while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver presentations on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in presentation design, PowerPoint formatting, graphic design, or a related role.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including layouts, themes, animations, and slide formatting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, structured, and professional business slides.
- Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve presentation design skills.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with creating charts, infographics, and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of corporate presentation standards and branding guidelines.
- Experience working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
