Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

· Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments between clients and Sales Managers.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM on a daily basis.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.

· Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling update·

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility





· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

· Candidates with experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Real Estate, will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities.

· Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

· Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Working Hours

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
