Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a technically solid and customer-focused Presales Engineer to support the sales and business development team across Mumbai and the surrounding market.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of Wi-Fi Access Points,

Network Switches, VPN Routers and related networking technologies. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing appropriate technical solutions, preparing BOMs and proposals, conducting product demonstrations and PoCs, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires a strong networking fundamentals + solution design + customer-

facing technical approach.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

- 35 years of relevant technical experience in IT Networking / Presales /

Network Engineering.
- Strong technical experience with Wi-Fi Access Points, Network Switches

and VPN Routers.
- Candidates from Networking OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, VARs or

IT infrastructure companies will be preferred. Preferred candidate profile The Presales Engineer will primarily be evaluated on:





- Technical accuracy of proposed solutions
- Quality of solution design and BOMs
- Successful PoC execution
- Customer technical engagement
- RFP/RFQ technical response quality
- Technical conversion support for sales opportunities
- Partner technical enablement
- Product knowledge and competitive analysis
- Customer satisfaction and technical support during the presales cycle

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be more than a product demonstrator. He/she should be capable of understanding the customer's complete network requirement,

designing the appropriate solution, defending the technical architecture, conducting the PoC and supporting the sales team until technical closure.

The ideal profile is

Network Engineer + Solution Designer + Product Specialist + Customer-Facing

Presales Professional The candidate should be technically confident enough to sit across the table with an

IT Head / Network Architect / Consultant / System Integrator and discuss the solution at both the architectural and product level.
