- Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, networking, firewalls, endpoint security/EDR, and cloud security.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations, solution decks, and cybersecurity collaterals.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to prepare technical documents, proposals, solution briefs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing technical responses, compliance matrices, and solution-related documentation.
- Cybersecurity Research: Research security products, OEMs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Solution Understanding: Ability to understand customer requirements and map them to relevant cybersecurity solutions.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Solid attention to detail, research capabilities, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new cybersecurity technologies and collaborate with sales and technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and updating technical presentations, company profiles, solution decks, and cybersecurity collaterals.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, proposals,



solution briefs, and SOWs.
- Conduct research on cybersecurity technologies, OEMs, products, and services to support pre-sales activities.
- Assist in preparing technical solution comparisons, feature matrices, and compliance documentation.
- Support the team in understanding customer requirements and mapping them to suitable cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop basic technical content explaining cybersecurity products, features, benefits, and use cases.
- Assist in preparing product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) documentation, and technical walkthrough materials.
- Maintain and organize pre-sales documents, templates, presentations, and knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to gather technical inputs and validate documentation.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and continuously develop technical and pre-sales knowledge.

Preferred candidates: Freshers of experience in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant cybersecurity certifications or training would be an added advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
