PPP Policy & Institutional development Expert

- Overall leadership in developing PPP policy, institutional frameworks, and MYAS, relevant state advisory.
- Support development of PPP policy frameworks for sports infrastructure.
- Review and evaluate state-proposed projects for PPP suitability.
- Develop model PPP frameworks, guidance notes, SOPs, and toolkits.
- Advise on PPP models including BOT, BOOT, DBFOT, O&M;, revenue sharing, and hybrid structures.
- Conduct institutional assessments and recommend governance structures.
- Support capacity building of State Sports Departments.

MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) PGDB (Finance/CA/CFA)
