Role & responsibilities

- Supervise product inspection and packing activities as per customer orders and quality standards.

- Monitor the inspection and packing team to ensure accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of work.

- Train and mentor team members on inspection procedures, packing standards, and safety practices.

- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain inspection, packing, and dispatch records and take corrective action when required.

- Identify quality issues and ensure proper handling of defective products.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 56 years of relevant experience in inspection and packing supervision, preferably in a manufacturing industry.





- Good knowledge of product quality inspection, packing procedures, and inventory handling.

- Solid team management, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to maintain records, solve problems, and meet dispatch deadlines.

- Candidates who can join within one month or as per industry standards will be preferred.
