Job Title: PPC Specialist – Google Ads & Meta Ads

Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, campaign performance, and budget optimization.

Note: Job stability is significant. Candidates with 2–3+ years of tenure at each organization are preferred. Candidates with frequent job changes may not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance scaling.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, retargeting, and ongoing campaign optimization.




- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve advertising efficiency and results.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PPC and paid advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Practical knowledge of GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience in lead generation, budget management, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in the US market, healthcare, or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Mohali office during the US night shift.
