Position: PPC Support / PPC Coordinator

Department: Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Location: Narmada

Experience: 3–8 years

Job Purpose:

To support the PPC team in production planning, order tracking, material coordination, and ensuring timely execution of PEB projects as per customer requirements and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and updating production plans and schedules for PEB projects.
- Coordinate with Design, Detailing, Purchase, Stores, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Track project status from design release to fabrication and dispatch.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for shortages.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly production and project status reports.
- Track work orders, drawings, BOMs, and material requirements.
- Follow up on pending drawings, revisions, materials,



and production activities.
- Maintain records of production targets vs. actual output.
- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and material shortages to the PPC team.
- Support preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of ERP/system records.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
- Assist in prioritizing urgent jobs and dispatch requirements.

Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of PPC and production planning processes.
- Understanding of PEB manufacturing/fabrication processes will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with ERP/SAP will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
