Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and business requirements.

- Reschedule production plans to accommodate urgent requirements while ensuring other commitments are met.

- Manage manpower allocation and monitor production efficiency to achieve production targets.

- Possess strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and production processes.

- Identify production issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of production schedules.

- Maintain production reports, planning records, and other necessary documentation.

- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines, and materials.

- Report production status, challenges, and performance updates to the concerned senior.

- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative,



and implement continuous improvement practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 89 years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC), preferably in PP injection moulding.

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Moulding.

- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, and production planning processes.

- Experience in manpower planning, production scheduling, and monitoring production targets.

- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent production requirements.
