: PPC Executive – Jewellery Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented PPC Executive (Production Planning and Control) to manage production planning, monitor order progress, and coordinate with various departments in our jewellery manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of customer orders as per quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with CAD, casting, diamond setting, polishing, plating, assembly, and quality control departments.
- Track jewellery orders and monitor production progress at every stage.
- Follow up with department supervisors to ensure timely completion of pending jobs.
- Monitor work orders, production targets, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with inventory and purchase teams for the availability of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and other materials.
- Identify production delays and take necessary action to maintain delivery schedules.
- Maintain production records, job status reports, and daily MIS reports.
- Update production data, work orders,



and order status in ERP software and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper coordination between production, merchandising, quality control, and dispatch teams.
- Prioritize urgent export orders and ensure timely completion.
- Report production issues and pending orders to the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in PPC, production planning, or production coordination.
- Experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and departmental workflow.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work within strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a jewellery export house or manufacturing unit.
- Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and work order management.

Salary As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
