Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.

- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, tools, drawings, and job cards.

- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of jobs as per planned schedules.

- Coordinate with design, CNC, purchase, stores, and production teams for smooth workflow

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.

- Prepare MIS reports covering production targets, actual output, pending jobs, and delivery performance

- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints, and take corrective actions
