Position: PPC Engineer

Location: Chakan

Experience: 1-3 Years

ERP is Must

1. Update sales orders and work orders in the VPS sheet, maintaining accurate data on material shortages and current order status.
2. Plan, co-ordinate, and execute production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
3. Release purchase requisitions against sales orders and follow up on material delivery timelines.
4. Issue production job orders and monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing workflows.
5. Develop and maintain accurate material plans, ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines.
6. Verify and take corrective action against plan VS actual production.
7. Developing & maintaining production schedules to align with demand, capacity, Monitoring production performance & inventory, analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, & implementing continuous improvement actions.
