Description

Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that digitize operational resilience workflows, improve traceability, and reduce manual administrative effort.

Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into Power Platform solution designs, user stories, and workflow logic.

- Develop Power Apps for resilience intake, reviews, approvals, tracking, and reporting support.

- Build Power Automate workflows for notifications, reminders, routing, approvals, escalations, and recurring process controls.

- Integrate approved Microsoft 365 sources such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, Excel, and Power BI where appropriate.

- Support testing, defect remediation, release readiness, and user acceptance review.

- Document solution design, data model, workflow logic, roles/access assumptions, support model, and maintenance expectations.

- Identify opportunities to standardize forms and create structured data outputs for Power BI reporting.
